Lee and Symonds may lose several thousands of dollars in case if they decide to go with the national team to play against Pakistan in UAE.
The Cricket Austrlia have included both Brett Lee and Symonds in the squad while resting Ponting, M Hussey.
If they go to UAE, they will not be able to play all the matches as planned and hence will lose money. They were under the impression that they will not be part of the national team and hence can play all the games in IPL seasion 2.
A full season would have given Symonds 1.91 million Australian Dollars and Lee a 1.27 million. Now, they may lose 50% of it.
