The very important match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders was called off after continuous rain and poor out field conditions. Though rain stopped in between, most of the day it was raining. The ground staff tried their best but rain did not stop.
The weather forecast also clearly mentioned rain and it did happen. With both the teams with one win and two loss, the match between them was crucial as a win for either of them will put them ahead of the others.
