Yusuf Pathan
Yusuf Pathan once again turned the match from nowhere to a winning side for his Rajasthan Royal's team. This time, the skipper Warne also played a crucial role with a quick 21 off 17 balls including 2 sixes.

Chasing 142, two wickets fell in the first over. Smith was caught at third man trying to cut a short ball. He was luck on the first ball of the innings when he started for a run, but the throw did not hit the stump. His luck did not continue as he was caught for a duck.

Next ball, was a side, but the re-bowled delivery form Edwards brought another wicket for DC. Asnodkar's running was poor in this match. He almost ran out Smith in the first ball. He got himself out responding late to Carseldine's call. He was also out for a duck. Ojha was promoted to score runs but was caught by Gibbs of RP Singh.

At the of 2 overs, RR were 3 for 3. RA Jadeja and new comer Carseldine added 51 for the 4th wicket as the innings of RR got settled. Both Jadeja and Carseldine fell in the 10th over to Venugopal. RR needed 82 from 10 overs.

Raut and skipper Warne added 36 for the 6th wicket in 26 balls. Last 5 overs required 44 and Pathan joined skipper Warne.

Yusuf Pathan hit 2 sixes of Shoaib in the 16 over to change the equation to 29 from 24 balls. Yusuf scored 24 from 14 balls with 2 fours and 2 sixes. The strike bowler Edwards was brought back to the attack, but that did not add any value as Raut and Pathan scored a four each.

17 from 18 balls. RR had all the hopes because Pathan still in the crease. RP Singh bowled the 18th over and brought the match back to DC by picking Yusuf Pathan. Trying to slog the full deliver, the ball took the edge and went high in the air. Gibbs took a good judging catch at point.

11 from 12 balls. Harwood and Raut scored 5 runs in the first 5 balls, but a misfield by Rohit Sharma at long on resulted in a boundary and change the equation to 2 runs from last over.

Edwards bowled 2 maiden balls to change the equation to 2 from 4 balls. Edwards bowled a short ball and Harwood missed it. They went for a bye. Gilly threw the ball to Edwards but he missed to collect the ball cleanly and missed the run out chance.

1 run from 3 balls. Raut pushes the ball, the ball touches Edwards hand deflects to midd off where Smith tries a direct hit and misses the stump. Victory for RR!

Earlier, DC deciding to bat first, lost Gibbs for 8 and and Bilakhia for 1. Gilchrist scored 39 while Rohit scored 38 runs. Rohit and Suman built the innings and added 59 runs for the 4th wicket.
